Ok, this is how my warped little mind came up with the title of this piece;
It just made me think of the blood coursing through the vampyr at feeding. ***Ok, this is important: THE PREVIEW DOES NO JUSTICE TO THE ACTUAL IMAGE I SUBMITTED FOR DOWNLOAD. REGARDLESS OF WHAT I TRIED IT CAME OUT BLURRED AND LOST THE CRIPSPNESS AND REFLECTIVITY. HOWEVER THE DOWNLOAD WILL NOT LOOK THIS WAY. THE DOWNLOAD ITSELF IS LOSSLESS OF QUALITY OF WORK.****

Raven strode slowly and confidently from the shadows in the room, had someone been there to mark his arrival it would have seemed that a part of the darkness had simply decided to take the form of a man and present itself to reality as a gift. He stood in front of this piece and admired it; he was captivated by the pulsing, silky textures along the left side. “Ah yes, that brings to mind the beating heart…the rhythm to which our lives flow. We hear it at birth, throughout our entire lives and then finally, it is the last beat we hear when we pass into the realm beyond the veil of life. I love the use of color here as well, the deep rich tones…simply stunning.” Raven reached out and softly touched one corner of the art work and closed his eyes; his mind exerted his will and began to draw energy from the cyber space around him. He deftly channeled this energy and directed it to create a copy of this work that he could use on his desktop. Having done this he ran his eyes over the work again; drinking it in…He considered whether it would be too presumptuous of him to leave the Lady Akasha a rose in appreciation of her work. He came to the decision that it would not, and so left one for her magically floating in front of her art where she would be sure to see it. Rose Raven then turned and walked back into the shadows from whence he came…
